Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once access to a Simulation has been granted.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Completing the Simulation quickly
• Partial completion
• Non-completion
• Change of mind
• Lack of time or availability

Access to the Simulation constitutes full delivery of the product.

Technical Exception (Limited)

Refunds will be considered only if:

• A verified technical failure prevents access to the Simulation
• The issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe
